Making salons AI-readable

Audit → Design → Implement → Measure. Run in exactly the order I actually use at a franchise HQ.

A good fit for

  • Salon owners who manage Naver Place but whose salon doesn't show up in AI search
  • HQ staff who want to apply the same standards to dozens of salons at once
  • Salons preparing a website renewal that want to account for AI crawling as well

Not a good fit when

  • You want ad campaigns or influencer outreach
  • You want work that goes against platform policies, such as writing reviews or adjusting ratings

FAQ

Can this be done remotely?
Audit, design, and measurement are done remotely. The implementation step is coordinated with the consultant, in person when needed.
Do I need a website?
The audit and Place/social cleanup are possible without one. If a new website needs to be built, I'll advise separately.
Can independent salons or people from other brands request this?
Anyone can. This consulting is done in a personal capacity and does not involve any specific brand's internal information. Any areas with a conflict of interest are disclosed in advance.
